Connected: a film about autistic people is a heartwarming look into the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum as they gather for the International Naturally Autistic People Awards in Edinburgh Scotland.

The film goes beyond the traditional retelling of autism and its 'challenges'; immersing viewers into the real lives of autistic people, creating a deeper understanding of what it means to be autistic - in the 21st century. Reaching out to the world to celebrate the abilities and gifts of autistic people and how autism is helping to reshape our perceptions of those 'different' from ourselves; changing our understanding of how we communicate and interact with each other and how we perceive the world around us.
